Job Summary UI Developer 

We seek a talented and creative UI Developer to join our team in Nepal. The ideal candidate will have a passion for designing intuitive user interfaces and experiences for web applications. As a UI Developer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to bring concepts to life through elegant and responsive user interfaces. 

Responsibilities of the UI Developer

  • Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality code. 
  • Develop mobile-friendly design. 
  • Convert PSD/XD/Figma to pixel-perfect responsive design using HTML5/CSS3 & JavaScript. 
  • Code SEO-friendly HTML element structure. 
  • Optimize website performance by implementing best practices in CSS, such as minimizing file sizes and reducing render-blocking resources. 
  • Optimize application performance and user experience through front-end optimization techniques. 
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve UI designs. 

Requirements of the UI Developer

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as UI Developer or Front-End Developer. 
  • Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies. 
  • Strong theme development knowledge and can actively suggest a theme for the project. 
  • Strong knowledge of modern CSS concepts like grid and flexbox 
  • Strong knowledge of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions to ensure consistent user experience across different browsers and devices. 
  • Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA and Trello  
  • Experienced in HTML5/CSS3 and Bootstrap 
  • Experienced in developing responsive websites for mobile devices. 
  • Experienced in using CSS preprocessors like SCSS/SASS for better code organization and maintainability. 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and multitask in multiple projects. 
  • Fluent verbal and written English as you will be working in a multicultural team environment. 
  • Experienced with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development and code management. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot and debug front-end issues efficiently. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Backend Developer 

Job Summary Backend Developer 

We seek a talented, experienced Back-End Developer with microservice architecture expertise to join our team in Nepal. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain server-side logic and databases for our web applications. As a Back-End Developer, you will collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to deliver high-quality software solutions. 

Responsibilities of the Backend Developer

  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate server-side logic with user-facing elements. 
  • Develop website or application, implement APIs, and integrate 3rd party services as required. 
  • Design and implement database schemas and models for web applications, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and reliability. 
  • Conduct thorough testing and code debugging to ensure smooth performance and functionality. 
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. 

Requirements of the Backend Developer

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a Back-end Developer. 
  • Minimum of 1-year experience with Microservice Architecture 
  • Expertise in PHP Laravel Framework  
  • Strong knowledge of working with third-party APIs  
  • Strong knowledge of API Gateway, RESTFUL API, OAuth, etc.  
  • Knowledge of project management tools like JIRA and Trello  
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively and multitask in multiple projects. 
  • Fluent verbal and written English as you will be working in a multicultural team environment. 
  • Experienced with version control systems such as Git for collaborative development and code management. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot and debug front-end issues efficiently. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

Good to have: Knowledge of WordPress, Swagger, and WebSocket Socket programming like Ratchet WebSocket or Node.js would be a plus.
